Tactical planning and implementation

  • Detailed publication plans of product data dissemination and supporting educational messages: “how, when, where, what and to whom”
  • Management of publication project delivery including establishing roles, responsibilities and project concept, appropriate collaboration with authors and stakeholders, provision of agreed levels of editorial support at all stages of manuscript development, review and collation of comments, journal/congress submission and follow up
  • Compliance with GPP2 and with client systems and procedures
  • Appropriate documentation and project tracking
  • Working knowledge of publication planning systems
