A pharmacist by training, Jo is our Editorial Director and Principal Writer. She has 20+ years’ medical writing and editorial team leadership experience in the global healthcare communications industry and has led many successful and long-standing programmes spanning a wide range of therapy areas and communication vehicles.

Jo has hands-on experience of the increasing expectations and challenges faced by medical and marketing teams in planning and developing effective communications and delivering them promptly, efficiently, ethically and to the highest standards. She is recognised by clients and colleagues alike for her high standards of editorial excellence (both medical writing and strategic direction), client service, commitment to agreed time-lines and attention to detail.

Jo continues to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities as a UK registered pharmacist and also draws on previous experience as a practising Clinical Pharmacist and Medicines Information Manager in leading London teaching hospitals to inform plans and outputs that resonate with their intended audiences.
